1. Introduction
This policy explains how Care Plus (“we”), through its QWIC service (“the Platform”), collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data. By using the Platform, you agree to this policy.
2. Information we collect
We may collect the following types of data:
Personal data: name, email, phone number, billing details.
Usage Data: Logins, IP address, browser type, and how you interact with the Platform.
Conversation data: Messages and media sent via the bot or smart agent.
Consent records: include the time, method, and text of consent when subscribing to marketing messages.
We do not intentionally collect data from children under the legal age in your country.
3. How to use the data
We use data to:
Operate and improve the platform.
Providing technical support.
Compliance with laws regarding marketing and messaging.
Enhance security and monitor performance.
Sending service-related notifications and marketing messages only with your consent.We will not sell your personal data to any third party.
4. Data retention period
Conversation data: By default, it is retained for 12 months (with the possibility of changing to 3/6/12/24 months).
System and audit logs: 12–24 months.
Billing data: As required by law (e.g. up to 7 years).
Upon your request: You can request the deletion or concealment of your data at any time.
After account termination, your data remains available for export for 30 days, after which it will be deleted or anonymized unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.
5. Data Sharing and Sub-Processors
We may share data with trusted providers (“subprocessors”) such as cloud hosting, payment gateways, analytics, or communication channels (such as the WhatsApp Business API).
An updated list of sub-processors is available upon request.
We will notify you of any material addition before it is activated.
You have the right to object within 14 days to any new addition for legitimate reasons.
6. Cross-border data transfer
Your data may be transferred outside your country. In these cases, we are committed to implementing appropriate protection mechanisms such as standard contractual agreements (SCCs) or equivalent to ensure data protection.
7. Security and Breach Notification
We use technologies such as encryption in transit and storage, access controls, monitoring, and periodic backups.
In the event of a breach affecting your data:
We will notify you within 72 hours of discovery.
We will provide you with an initial report and a repair plan.
8. Your rights
Depending on local laws, you may have the right to:
Access, correct, or delete your data.
Request a copy of your data (data portability).
Restrict or object to processing.
Withdraw consent to receive marketing messages.
9. Marketing and Communication
We only send marketing messages with your express consent.
Each message includes an easy way to unsubscribe (e.g., reply with “unsubscribe” or a custom link).
We keep records of consent (when, how, and in what text) as proof of compliance.
10. Payment Information
Payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant providers. We do not retain full card data.
11. External Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party services or websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.
12. Changes to the Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If the changes are material, we will notify you before they become effective. Your continued use of the Platform after the update date constitutes your acceptance of the new version.
